Coaching Circles Spring 2026 Kick-off Session
We are so glad you are here. ❤️
Coaching Circles is an online space for middle leaders in education. It is designed for those who support teachers, lead teams, and carry the often unseen responsibility of helping others grow, while also trying to remain thoughtful and grounded in their own practice.
This is not just another professional development session.
The Coaching Circles Programme offers a reflective, facilitated small group space where middle leaders can pause, think carefully about their work, and explore the human side of leadership and development. It is a place to reconnect with the values that first brought you into this work and to consider how you want to lead with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
This Kick-off Session is a short, one-time session that gives you a taste of the full programme.
We will meet live online on Sunday, 19th April at:
London, United Kingdom, 8.00pm
San Antonio, United States (CST), 2.00pm
In this session you will:
- Reflect on how your current conversations and support practices are working.
- Think about a real situation from your own role.
- Learn one important idea that guides our approach.
- Experience the feel of a coaching circle in a supportive small group.
- Meet other middle leaders from different settings.
This is not a webinar or a lecture, but a space for shared reflection and real conversation. There will be some learning, but you will also have time to think, speak honestly, and practise new ways of listening and responding. Most of all, you will experience what a Coaching Circle feels like.
Cost
The Kick-off Session is free.
If it feels like the right space for you, you will then be invited to join the full Coaching Circles Programme.
