Work with me

1:1 Coaching

A space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

You’re used to holding things together, carrying the weight, and getting on with it – even when it feels heavy. Coaching offers you something different: a steady, confidential space where you don’t have to perform or protect others. You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to be “on.” You just need some room to unravel and regather.

In our sessions, we slow down. We listen carefully – to your thoughts, values, and the inner voice that may have been quiet for too long. Coaching here isn’t about fixing; it’s about finding your way back to clarity, confidence, and calm – in a way that feels human and true.

Each package includes six coaching sessions over a term or a timeframe that works for you. Sessions last 60 minutes and can be held online or in person, where possible.

Oxford Coaching in Action Community Group

A reflective practice space for people who want to listen more deeply, think more clearly, and have more meaningful conversations.

This is a small, thoughtful community for people who are curious about coaching as a lived and relational practice. It is not about performing techniques or collecting tools, but about developing how we think, listen, and engage in real conversations.

Together, we slow things down. We practise listening with care, noticing what is said and what remains unsaid, and exploring the thinking that shapes our everyday interactions. Through guided practice, reflection, and peer dialogue, we move beyond quick answers and create space for genuine insight and learning.

This group may be helpful if you want to listen more deeply, ask more meaningful questions, think more clearly in complex or pressured situations, or support others without taking over. Some people join because they have encountered coaching before but struggled to use it naturally. Others simply enjoy reflecting on their own thinking and behaviour in a practical, hands on way.

Sessions are facilitated by me. My role is to hold the space, offer light structure, and support thoughtful and respectful conversation.

When: Tuesdays, 6.30 to 8.30 pm
Where: Begbroke Village Hall, near Kidlington in North West Oxford

If you value the power of human connection and thoughtful dialogue, you will feel at home here.

German tutoring that meets you where you are

I offer thoughtful, supportive German tutoring for young people and adults who want to develop confidence, understanding, and enjoyment in the language.

Some learners come with German roots and want to reconnect with the language. Others are preparing for exams, or learning simply because they love German and want to think, read, and speak more fluently.

I work online and in person, 1:1 or in small groups, and adapt each session to the learner in front of me – their goals, pace, and interests.
